Privacy Curtains

What fabric options are available?

We offer Sunbrella fabrics in solid colors, textures, and stripes. Sunbrella is the gold standard for outdoor fabrics - it's fade-resistant, mold-resistant, and built to last in Florida's climate.

Can I see through the curtains from inside?

Our curtains are designed to block views from the outside while maintaining light inside. You can see shapes and movement outside, but details are obscured. For complete blackout, we recommend our privacy panels.

How do the curtains operate?

Our curtains glide smoothly along horizontal tracks. Simply push them open or closed - no pulleys or complicated mechanisms. The track system keeps them neat and prevents wind damage.

How much do privacy curtains cost?

Privacy curtains start at $59.50 per linear foot for solid fabrics, installed. Textured fabrics are $64.25/ft and stripes are $71.50/ft. These prices include professional measurement and installation.

Shade Sails

How much shade do shade sails provide?

Our shade sails block 85-95% of UV rays and can reduce temperatures underneath by 10-20 degrees. The exact coverage depends on fabric selection and sail placement.

Can shade sails be removed for hurricanes?

Yes! Most of our shade sail installations use quick-release hardware, allowing you to remove the sails in minutes when severe weather approaches. This is standard for Florida installations.

Do shade sails work with any pool cage design?

We custom-design shade sails for your specific enclosure. Whether you have a standard rectangular cage or an unusual shape, we can create a solution that fits perfectly.

How much do shade sails cost?

Shade sails typically cost $175-$375 per section of your enclosure top, installed. The exact price depends on size, fabric selection, and complexity of installation.

Roller Shades

Are the roller shades motorized?

All our outdoor roller shades are manual operation only. This keeps costs down and eliminates electrical components that can fail in Florida's humid environment.

How wide can roller shades be?

We offer roller shades up to 106" wide. For wider openings, we can install multiple shades side by side.

Do roller shades provide privacy?

Yes. When fully extended, our roller shades block views while still allowing some light through. They're great for blocking afternoon sun on the west side of your lanai.

How much do roller shades cost?

Roller shade pricing is based on width: Up to 36" - $225, 37-72" - $450, 73-84" - $500, 85-96" - $575, 97-106" - $625. All prices include installation.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean the fabrics?

For routine cleaning, simply brush off loose dirt and rinse with a garden hose. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and soft brush. Avoid pressure washing and harsh chemicals.

How long do the products last?

With proper care, Sunbrella fabrics typically last 10-15 years in Florida's climate. Hardware and mounting systems last even longer. We use marine-grade materials throughout.

What about mold and mildew?

Sunbrella fabrics are naturally mold and mildew resistant. If you do notice any, it's usually surface growth that can be cleaned off easily. The fabric itself won't support mold growth.
