Suolamesh Canvas
SolaMesh is an innovative outdoor fabric from the makers of Sunbrella. We use SolaMesh to cover areas where shade is the primary concern. However, it does give enough privacy to discourage onlookers. The fabric carries a 10-year warranty and provides best-in-class strength, value, and longevity.
Comtex Shade Sail Fabric
Comtex is a superior fire rated knitted HDPE shade sail fabric designed for large tension membrane structures and architectural shade sails. Comtex shade sail fabric is recommended for larger commercial shade installations with unsupported spans of up to 100 feet. This high quality fabric is lead and phthalate free and offers great UV protection. Add this fabric to any shade structure in an outdoor space to improve it.

About Our Quality Sails
Three installation methods are available depending on the desired look, location, and shade: stainless steel hardware, velcro, or quarter-turns.
Our sails are sewn with 100% PTFE thread that stands up to damage from UV rays, weather, chemicals, mildew, and rot. Providing lasting color, the PTFE thread comes with a limited
lifetime warranty.
Our sails give 85% to 96% UVR blockage depending on the color.

All POD sails are made from SolaMesh sail cloth. SolaMesh is an innovative outdoor fabric that works well in areas with frequent sun exposure like Florida screen enclosures. Tested in
the world’s harshest environments, this shade sail fabric is made from highly stable HDPE monofilament. It’s very stable when exposed to UV rays, easy to clean, and provides
best-in-class strength, value, and longevity.
Why Not Motorized?
Price :
We want homeowners to have total privacy and shade without breaking their bank accounts! Motorized systems cost $1000s more than our pool cage privacy curtains and shade alternatives with no
additional benefits.
Protection :
Screen enclosures are not typically designed to hold the weight of many motorized devices. To prevent damage to your pool cage, we use our patented curtain track system which is the same
material as your lanai, blends in seamlessly with the aluminum enclosure, and can reinforce your pool cage structure. Our sails are small so they require minimal hardware and allow for
increased airflow through and around them. A “no-hardware” option is also available.
